Yes, this is the ballad that Ned Washington, Victor Young and Bing Crosby wrote way back in the dark ages.  What a great, sad sentiment – “I thought at last I’d found you, but other lovers surround you, I don’t stand a ghost of a chance with you” – so heavy!
