What a burning set “Live at Berklee” was!  This was the concert opener, and since we had only had a brief rehearsal and a brief soundcheck, it was also the first time we played entirely through a piece of music together.  I love the sound of listening, and on this, our ears were WIDE open.  “Lennie’s Pennies” is a 1952 Lennie Tristano composition, based on the changes to “Pennies from Heaven”.
